Tatjana Paterno is a Corporate/M&A Partner at Bass, Berry & Sims PLC in Nashville, where she counsels private equity funds, portfolio companies, strategic acquirers, and public companies on complex acquisition transactions. She has closed more than $22 billion in M&A deals (and over $25 billion in overall transactions), with particular depth in healthcare, healthcare IT, and other middle-market sectors. A Chambers USA-ranked attorney and frequent speaker on M&A topics, she has co-chaired the American Bar Association’s Private Target Deal Points Study (widely regarded as the gold standard for market metrics in private M&A). Tatjana has previously served as President of the Board of ACG Tennessee and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Nashville Entrepreneur Center as well.
